Recent amendment of Industrial Safety and Health Act, Japan

Act No.82 of amendments of the Industrial Safety and Health Act June 25, 2014

• The Cabinet of Japan issued on 10th, June, 2015, the Order (Cabinet Order No. 249) for the Enforcement of the parts of the amendments of the Act (Act No. 82 of June 25, 2014) making partial amendments of the Industrial Safety and Health Act.
